Refund & Cancellation

In short: cancel any time and keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Because Premium is a digital service that starts working immediately, we don't pro-rate part-months, but if something's wrong, talk to us.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account (or in your PayPal account). When you cancel:

Premium stays active until the end of the current paid period.
You are not charged again after that.
Your free, self-hosted manager keeps working; you just lose the Premium features.

Removing a server slot

If you run several servers and want to drop one, lower your server count. The change applies from the next billing cycle; the extra server simply reverts to free mode.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Premium is a digital service supplied immediately: by subscribing and using Premium features straight away you ask us to begin at once and acknowledge you lose the 14-day withdrawal right for the part already supplied. You can still cancel future renewals at any time as described above.

Refunds

We generally don't refund a month that has already started, since the service was available to you. If you were charged in error, couldn't use Premium due to a fault on our side, or have another good reason, contact us and we'll sort it out fairly.
