1 · Who we are
This service ("SCUM Server Automation", "the service", "we") is operated by Martin Zámečník (Czech Republic). You can reach us at [email protected] or on our Discord.
2 · The service
The manager application is free and open source, and you run it on your own hardware. Premium is an optional subscription that enables additional features on your server(s) while it is active. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Gamepires, Jagex or the game SCUM.
3 · Accounts
You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for the security of your account and your API credentials (Client ID and Secret). Keep your Secret private; if it leaks, regenerate it from your account page.
4 · Subscriptions & billing
- Premium is billed monthly through PayPal: €10 per month for your first server and €5 per month for each additional server.
- The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Prices are in euros and include applicable taxes where required.
- Each active subscription slot enables Premium on one server at a time (one active manager per server).
5 · Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel any time from your account; Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for details, including your EU right of withdrawal.
6 · Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to bypass the Premium licensing or access other customers' data. We may suspend accounts that do.
7 · Availability & warranty
We work to keep the Premium API and services available, but they are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The self-hosted manager runs on your own infrastructure and its uptime is your responsibility.
8 · Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9 · Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or Discord. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
