Privacy Policy

Short version: we only store what's needed to run your account and subscription: your Discord identity, your subscription state and your API credentials. We don't sell your data.

1 · Controller

2 · What we collect

Discord account: your Discord user ID, username and avatar, obtained when you log in with Discord (OAuth "identify" scope).
Subscription data: your plan, status, renewal date, number of server slots and the PayPal subscription ID.
API credentials: a Client ID and a Client Secret per server. The Secret is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
Server config (optional, Premium): the premium settings you choose for your server(s): Field Console branding, tabs and theme, plus feature options such as the Discord ↔ game chat relay and automatic updates.
Technical logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, timestamp, request) kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

We do not receive your email or payment-card details from PayPal; those are handled by PayPal.

3 · Why (legal basis)

To provide the service (account, credentials, Premium features): performance of a contract.
To take payment via PayPal: performance of a contract.
Security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.

4 · Who we share it with (processors)

Discord: authentication (login).
PayPal: subscription billing.
Our hosting provider: stores the database and serves the site.

We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

5 · Retention

We keep your account data while your account exists. If you delete your account (or ask us to), we remove your account, servers and credentials. Web-server logs are rotated regularly. Billing records may be kept as long as required by tax law.

6 · Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and object to processing. Email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

7 · Cookies

We use an essential session cookie to keep you logged in, and we remember your language choice in a cookie. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
